Deep Patel spent 10 years in nightlife promotion — TAO Group, LIV Miami, Webster Hall, Highline Ballroom. He knows the lead cycle. Someone texts at 11pm on a Wednesday. If they don't hear back in 30 minutes, they text someone else. By Thursday morning, that lead is gone. He couldn't be on his phone every night. So he built iReplied.ai — an AI agent that answers nightlife leads in iMessage, in his voice, in real time.
How It Works
iReplied.ai is a $150/month SaaS that connects to your iMessage account and monitors incoming messages. When a lead comes in, it classifies the request (table inquiry, guestlist, bottle service, general question), drafts a response in the operator's voice, and sends it. The operator sees all sent messages and can override or follow up. The agent handles the first reply — the one that determines whether the lead stays warm.
What We Learned After 330 Leads

The Voice Problem
This was the hardest part to get right. Generic AI replies sound like customer service. Nightlife leads are personal — they're texting a person they've heard of or been referred to. The reply has to sound like that person. We built voice calibration into iReplied.ai: operators provide sample messages, the system learns cadence, word choice, emoji use, and sign-off style.
