Problem
An operator needed one voice layer that ties together calendar, leads, content, and every AI tool in the stack — without the latency or cost of GPT-4-class models for every interaction. Siri can't do it. Nothing off-the-shelf could.
What we forged
FastAPI + Haiku 4.5 + ElevenLabs + a Three.js Axis UI. 28 tool calls wired across calendar, lead pipeline, content systems, and all Hephaestus AI tools. 8:30am LaunchAgent morning brief.
Outcome
Live since April 2026. Daily brief shipping. Voice latency under 800ms thanks to Haiku 4.5 + caching. Replaced Siri for the operator's entire daily workflow.
